This is a place much revered by locals who come to collect the swift’s nests used to make Bird’s Nest Soup, a Chinese delicacy. Other Phi Phi Island sightseeing do not draw half the crowd that Viking Cave can draw.

Maya Bay

Maya Bay is another fine spot for Phi Phi Island attractions, a stunningly beautiful bay, sheltered by a hundred meter high cliffs on three sides. The bay is famous for its several beaches featuring silky soft white sand as well as the exceptionally clear waters boasting colorful coral and exotic colorful fish. Activities that will keep you busy in Maya Bay include snorkeling, scuba diving and sea kayaking. Several kinds of boat tours are also available. To see the bay at its most best is, however, at sunrise and sunset!
